Finally caved, and grabbed these at my local Japanese pharmacy to see what's the hype is about. Now I get it.

I’ve been literally just smearing these on with my fingers because I’m always running late, and I was shocked that they don’t end up looking like a patchy mess. They feel super soft, with minimal fallout, feels like a cream even though it's powder.

Looking at them in the pan, the colors look so pale that I thought they’d be invisible on me if I had any kind of tan. But the payoff is actually solid. They’re super buildable and actually show up on the back of my hands, which is the tannest part of me.

Just a heads-up: there are zero mattes in these palettes. They are all either Satins or Glitters.

For 1500yen, I couldn't asked for more.

Palettes Includes:

• Popping Silhouette Shadow (BR-1): The square palette.

• Mellow Brown Eyes (BR-8): The rectangular palette.

I love these palettes too! I feel like Japanese eyeshadows are far superior to Korean ones. Less powdery, creamier and more pigmented
