haiii!!! I started trying out nail art back in june after I started painting my nails right around the new year of 2025. these photos are ordered latest to oldest (dec.12, nov.28, oct.27, oct.11, sept.22, aug.30, july.5, june.3, may.13), i haven’t used any like. “proper” nail art stuff for these, my equipment consists of mostly second-hand polish, a graphite drawing pencil used to do any lines & dotting by dipping the tip in the polish, and in the last three, some cheap paint pens my mum got me online. I got an actual dotting pen and a thin brush for christmas and I used them last night but don’t really like the result so they’re not here (the tools worked perfect and I like them I just don’t like the design lol). does anyone have any feedback or comments or advice? I have a lot of fun doing these but I have never actually looked at nail art tutorials or guides or anything, I just started it on impulse so I’m curious what actual advice exists aside from me messing around!!! if it isn’t obvious I like a lot of bright colours and these are mostly themed from my favourite game 🙂 (sorry for how terrible some of these photos are and the fact they’re just screenshots from my ig lol)
