Wearing 1 coat Fancy Gloss Milk Bath, then two coats of Chameleon Nails Artemis (solar/no UV state) for the base. Detail work is black ultra fine tip sharpie (over a 2 day old base), Mooncat's Pandemonium and Sabertooth, ILNP Canvas and their Matte Top Coat.
Red letters were top coated, lettering on the thumb was not.
