I just wanted to hype Mooncat customer service and recommend the brand to anybody who is still on the fence for some reason.
I bought a bottle of polish – Not Today Satan – before the holidays and it arrived incredibly gummy, which is apparently a known issue with that particular polish. It would lift itself off the nail on the second stroke, which was obviously a nightmare to work with. (The image is the aforementioned polish, three coats in very thin layers applied as quickly as possible so it didn't gum up.)
I emailed customer service and asked them if this is normal, and was honestly expecting the standard reply of "just add thinner". Instead, they sent me a free bottle even though I had made no mention of wanting a replacement. They just did it of their own volition.
I feel like it's important to point out when brands actually treat customers like they matter, instead of just telling them to fix it on their own or acting like it's user error.

Mooncat customer service from my personal experience has been the best!
ILNP used to be like that but they suck now. I used to be a regular customer of theirs but I don’t think I’ll ever buy from them again. I’d love to try mooncat more often but they are so expensive!! Glad to know it’s worth the cost with good customer service!
They really are amazing! They forgot to ship a magnetic wand with my order and gave me a $20 gift card as an apology.
They have also treated me very well – pretty much exactly the same as Holo Taco, although HT usually gives a little more. I think they share facilities?
Yes, their customer service is amazing! I had a bottle of Arsonist break (in my pocket of all places) out of nowhere after only a couple of uses. I asked for a replacement, and they both replaced it and refunded me. That’s how you keep customers returning!
