I fricken LOVE a recap, and I started cataloging my manis on social media as a digital scrapbook cuz I also love scrapbooking, so year end reviews are my JAM.
I made a video for my Instagram account going through my manis of last year, but knowing it wouldn't transfer well to reddit I boiled it down to images.
I'm a big old data SLUT, and its kinda killed me not collecting more info from my manis…but I also alrwady hate writing out captions so I didn't wanna add more work to my plate…BUT for next year, I actually put together some python code to be able to Symphony out the brand and polish info from my already written captions so I can start cataloging what I use in every mani in a Google sheet and come through that glorious data…so as much as I love this year's recap, I am even MORE pumped for the 2026 recap filled with DATA!
