So hard to photograph! I added my inspo pic/artist as the last slide. I used all polish and foil paper. The base is OPI "My signature is DC" then a coat of LA Colors in Wonderland. Then I placed pre cut strips of foil paper on tacky polish then two coats of clear and last seche vite QDTC. I am in sooooo much loooove!
