
As the title suggests,
I had ordered 2 different shades and ended up receiving 2 of one color, amongst other polishes.
This was an order placed in October from my end. And only today did I realise while checking them thoroughly the error.
While there was a lag from my end in realising this, Violet (owner) of ANLAC so kindly replied within 7 minutes with a dispatch notification and a kind message. 💌
Really really appreciate the CS, and the shopping experience.
