Hi y’all.

I accidentally mixed up the time of my appt with my normal nail tech (Russian manicure) when I have never ever missed a beauty appt in my life. My nails were 4 weeks out so I felt desperate enough to go to a local salon with good reviews.

I feel like these are terrible. The design looks DIY and they are very chunky in my opinion. Am I just used to perfect Russian manicures or would you call? The nail tech told me a very sad story about one of her family members so I felt too bad to say anything! But the sensation of all the product on my nails is driving me bonkers! Helpppppp. They charged me $30 for the design alone….. with builder gel came to $93 PLUS tip.

  1. We’re these done by two people? Like someone doing the base and someone drawing the design on?? The gold with the cool pink is driving me nuts. But the stars are pretty well drawn on same for the 🧿 they’re definitely muuuuch too bulky though🫣☹️

hmm, the shaping of the acrylic isn’t that great. from up top, you don’t notice, but the side view is very noticeable.

When it was just the front of them- no. The side would drive me absolutely insane.

My coworker gets amazing nails done, and even then sometimes the design isn’t PERFECT. But the nails are. I wouldn’t be able to settle for this!

They’re not the worst I’ve seen. But when your going from a Russian Manicure to a standard street salon, there are going to be big differences. I get Russian Manicures and cannot fathom going to a standard tech. It took me so long to find my tech. Her work is beyond precise.

  5. I was like “omg they’re pretty cute what are people critic… OH” yeah that’s a lot of material and your poor pointer finger!

  6. I love the concept design. If you get these done again, you should post them! Nail tech definitely isn’t great.
