Hello! I hope this post fits into the sub. I’m looking for ideas for very subtle but still feminine nail designs.
I’m a trans girl and I still live with my mom, so I have to keep my nails extremely low-key — nothing that immediately reads as bold, flashy, or obviously styled. At the same time, just plain nude or fully translucent nails don’t really do it for me emotionally. I want something that feels soft, pretty, and affirming for me, especially when I look down at my hands.
I had once a design of like a holographic base with a pink very close to natural nails and I had some small white flowers on some nails not all of them and it worked great! It's the picture in the post
If you’ve done or seen designs that are discreet but still feel intentionally feminine, I’d really appreciate any ideas or references

How about a silky cat eye look? It’s quite similar to what you show as inspo but I think the difference will be when you turn your hands left to right and under different lighting you’ll be able to see more distinctly the different dimensions of the magnetic particles:

This is a pic from Pinterest but I’ve done this kind look before with subtle gold accents which I’ll add in the comments below! It’s always fun for me when I look down at my hands and I’ve got a cat eye design that glows at different angles 🙂
your nails in the photo are beautiful! i definitely second the cat eye comment 🙂 i wonder, would thin French tips be too noticeable? they’re exactly what comes to mind when i think of subtle feminine nails! i also think you might like nail art stickers, i often put a nudey color as a base then add stickers like hearts or stars or sparkles, then top with a top coat, and i love it:) good luck! 💛
