I prefer regular polish, just a preference. Whenever I get my nails done I always bring my own polish, since I know it'll last. It's seems to be dying in popularity. I’ve noticed that no nail salons in my area even have nail drying machines anymore.

I use regular polish. My nails are naturally strong, thick, and pretty — so I avoid anything that ruins them. Even with shellac with a “weak” base, the process for getting it off is just too aggressive and I don’t like that it thins them out.
So I always choose regular good old fashioned polish that comes off with a few swipes of remover.
My nails needed a break from gel press on for a bit so using old school regular polish with strengthener. I need to let then grow for awhile 😁
