So for context I bought this on Mercari for my wife and was told it was Electric Sheep but when it arrived it has no bottom label. Do you all think this is it or no? Please help it was suppose to be a Christmas gift!
This definitely looks suspicious. All of the bottles of Electric Sheep I’ve seen, you can see the linear holo pigment and it casts a grayish purple, not blue. It feels like a Frankenpolish, something the owner made on their own or by combining other polishes. It looks kind of like Melting Clocks, but the base color seems too gray on my screen.
I’m not sure how much you paid for this, but I’d be very skeptical with the missing bottom label and the appearance of the polish in the bottle.

Mercury in retrograde
Almost looks like mercury in retrograde, or maybe after the rain (but I’m pretty sure in the bottle that one pulls more pink)
OP, does it have a magnetic pull on it at all? Can you give us a swatch photo?
