
Ordered few things from them on 30.9 and i immediately sent them an email to cancel the order because the shipping cost never showed up in my final order so i paid more that i was expecting.
Customer service said that they cant cancel, never acknowledge the issue and were super rude about it, so i gave up and just picked up the package. Well turns out that they not only gave me the wrong item but the wrong item was covered in dust and hairs…? Like the polish itself was dirty ( it was the nail polish palette) so another email thread started.
The response on this was “check the other email thread :)” which i did and they responded with (again) “we cant cancel” which was a big ?????? Because yes ok but thats not the issue, they stopped responding and ive waited a month so i did my first ever chargeback with my bank on 3.11 and today (18.12) ive received this lovely email from the person i was speaking with.
Maybe i shouldnt have put chargeback on whole order but i didnt know how else to do it and they never responded to me.
So yeah dont bother.

I’ve bought from candy coat before and I thought all the products I picked up were crap. The sticky sugar glaze didn’t adhere anything, the rhinestones had colours mixed in which shouldn’t have been there, the paint pot didn’t seem to cure properly along with some of the colours, the blooming gel weirdly didn’t work at all and the matte topcoat was lumpy and unusable. I second avoiding them.
Yeah I didn’t have a great experience with them, I ordered the silver gel liner and when it turned up it was way different than I expected. I returned it, ended up having to chase a bunch of times to get my £7 refund 🙃
