TLDR: Company was super responsive before payment. After payment ignored all emails and calls. Wanted to ask if anyone else had any similar experience.

I wanted to buy 5 boxes of Elaxen PN since and looking at their website noticed that they had a Black-Friday site wide sale. Their website only showed that they had 3 available so I mailed them and asked if they could get 5 of them instead to which they immediately agreed and changed the stock on website.
I was having trouble with the website while checking out so after mailing them, they suggested they could send me an invoice to pay. To which I agreed. I pad the invoice on 24th November as fast as I could trusting the company. (nearly $410)
After payment, I heard nothing from the company, no order was placed or follow up. I gave them some time but eventually sent them a follow up email on 1st December. Gave them 2 days and again followed up on 3rd December to which no one replied.
I realized I'm probably not going to hear from them so tried my last try and mailed them again on 9th December. To which they have not replied till now.
What's surprising is that everything was smooth and instant till the invoice was paid.
Did anyone else have any experience like this or did i just fall into a trap?
