Personally I’d change the dots on the brown ones to red and alternate red and brown dots on the white french tip, that puts all three colours on majority of the nails pulling them all together a bit more.
You could change the thin white lines to brown on the index finger but I feel that would be too far and equally wouldn’t look right..
