I've been seeing this trend of gradient magnetic polishes being formed into "barcode" lines on youtube and Instagram, but everyone uses a whole bar magnet and I don't have a ton of magnets at home 😬 I figured the standard wand can do a straight line so why not!
and it works!
I'm sure a bar magnet will probably get more shimmer magnetic payoff but this looks pretty on point imo. it was my first try and I could work on getting sharper lines especially with the second row.
I used 4 different magnetic polishes similar in shade and used a brush to get the gradient. the only star shaped glitter I had were pink iridescent ones so maybe I just need to increase my glitter stock ✨️
