im from EU and ordered from Stylevana mid-nov (16th). it was dispatched on 30th, and is scheduled to be delivered to me tmrw. im kinda happy it arrived before christmas. not sure which shop this is, but might be worth it to send them a letter

I would reach out to the vendor before filing a PayPal case. They might just send you a replacement or give you a refund without all the drama. If it’s an international package, I feel like 2 weeks is not unusual. Royal Mail might not get the scan updates from the postal service of the origin country. So you might not get updates until it’s in the UK.
