Shout-out to everyone who post tips! I've always just done cat eye because it's the easiest. I got a 25lb horseshoe magnet and used a fidget spinner. Someone mentioned in another post to magnetize my top coat for at least 90 seconds and OMG this is the first time I got this kind of effect.
