I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but I have an appt tomorrow and I want these exact nails done. I know the rainbow tips are ombre holographic chrome powder but are the pink nails pink acrylic or pink gel polish? I'm afraid if I show them the photo they are just going to use pink acrylic and I definitely do not want that.

It’s all up to the nail tech. But if you prefer them doing it as polish let them know you want the pink colour as polish
Ask for rainbow tips with ombre holographic chrome powder and specify the pink nails should be gel polish, not acrylic.
Looks like a baby boomer Russian builder gel manicure with the lightest touch of a holographic chrome powder for the accent nails. 💅🏻
It’s hard to know whether the pink nails are done with acrylic, hard gel or whether it’s a gel polish over a clear product. In any case, as long as they get the color match right, the end result should be pretty much the same.
Out of curiosity, is there a reason you want it done with gel polish instead of pink acrylic?
