As I recently got some black and white nail varnish, I decided to try out the black, and I remembered I have some white glitter nail varnish, so I thought "Why not use the black as a base and apply the white glitter on top?"
Polish used:
Avon 60 Seconds Nail Enamel in Power Black (two coats)
Avon Sparkling Crystals Nail Enamel in Like A Star (one coat)
Avon topcoat.
The Like A Star varnish is made up of fine and chunky glitter
