Color in the first photo feels most accurate to irl. My phone camera really wants to correct it to more of a true blue.
It's a deep vibrant teal glitter in a black jelly base with small holo glitters in it.
1 coat orly bonder, a bit of UNT peely base in the center, 2 coats China Glaze Star Hopping, 1 coat holo taco matte taco*, 2 coats glisten & glow top coat.
- Testing out if a matte top coat would be a good "glitter grabber". Honestly i think it worked really well to even out this chunky polish.
