Cherie from TheTopNote just announced she has resigned from her current job in (her native country) Australia to accept a job offer in Saudi Arabia.
She's one of my favorite fragrance channels and I've always highly respected her opinions, but this move leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth. I cannot fathom choosing to move to a country that regularly commits human rights violations; and especially as a woman, voluntarily moving to a male guardianship-based society is idiotic in my opinion.
I know it's not my life and obviously she can do what she wants, but I'm curious what others think? Do you understand/support this choice, or maybe not care whatsoever?
