finally got around to reviewing. i opened all the opaque bottles just in case it gets deleted like last time:) not a very productive season, but i'm still happy with my progress.

  1. SKIN1004 Bloody Peel. not my favorite "bloody peel". instructions say to only leave it in for a minute, but even then, it makes my skin red and hot. i think it's probably too strong, since i've used another brand and had no issues. now that i'm writing this, i'm thinking, did i willingly give myself a chemical burn a few times a month? you know i'm not buying it again!
  2. COMMONLABS Vitamin C Brightening Ampoule. my second one, because i got them gifted. does what it says, helps with acne pigmentation. nice texture. i like the citrusy smell. however after using two of these, i'm not sure i love it. i won't die if i buy another one of my previous serums in its place.
  3. COMMONLABS Vitamin C Brightening Sun Serum. this is an SPF, and one of the worst i've used. a very greasy texture, so the recommended amount of two fingers / half a teaspoon leaves you feeling like you just washed your face with lard. obviously something this oily eats away at all makeup. would not buy this with my own money. unfortunately i have another unopened one, but i'll give it away to someone with dry skin, i hope maybe they like it.
  4. some regular salt body scrub. my mom bought it at a massage center. does its job, i liked that it smells like kiwi, and its green color. i don't really have a set body care kit, and i don't care to have one, so if i see it, i'll buy, if not, i will live without it.

testers:
1. URIAGE Anti Itch Soothing Oil Balm. it's literally in the name. it's oil. the same viscosity, the same texture. takes a while to dry, and when it does, it's like you didn't even put anything on. i've read reviews from people with eczema, dermatitis, and many said it worsened their skin issues, so beware.
2. La Roche Posay Cicaplast Balm. the brand's creams as a whole are comedogenic for me. i only use the SPF version after i get laser peels and my skin is dry as a desert. otherwise i don't like neither the regular, nor the SPF version.
3. La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo. the one la roche product that didn't feel too greasy. in fact, it has a very nice, light gel texture. however it doesn't do anything more than the moisturiser i use on the daily basis.
