I severely damaged my skin acne wound; it hasn’t healed in a month. Is it permanent scarring ?

Hello everyone, I'm extremely worried about a wound on my face and I need some advice.

About a month ago, I improperly extracted an acne lesion, which led to a scab formation. Crucially, I pickedscratched off the scab.

Worse, out of habit, I repeatedly shaved over the wounded area with a razor multiple times over the following days.

The area is now flat, but it's a very noticeable dark/reddish mark, and it looks fundamentally different from my other post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) spots. Unlike those, it shows absolutely no sign of healing or fading after one full month.

I'm afraid I've caused significant trauma, possibly reaching the dermis, leading to a permanent scar, potentially an atrophic hyperpigmented scar.
