I'm actually so sad. Of all the packages!!!
I live in an apartment complex where there are frequent thefts, so there are lockers for the packages. Consistently, when the carrier doesn't bother to actually put my package in the mailbox or locker, it gets stolen. I always put explicit instructions begging them to put packages in the locker so they don't get stolen, but God knows delivery drivers are overworked and not paid enough to care so 🥲
Anyway, pour one out. I was actually so excited to try these polishes and now I may never get to 😞 I opened a case with USPS and they're looking into it, but I don't have high hopes

Oh nooooo! I have a similar package thief situation in my building I hope they show up.
i’m actually not sure of the m.o. here, so apologies if this is incorrect – would it hurt to reach out to ppu? there’s a chance nothing can be done as they aren’t at fault, but i have had nothing but positive experiences with their c.s. and could see them being kind if they have leftover bottles. they also do state in their help page to contact if a package is marked as delivered but you don’t physically have it:
