Once I got into my 30s, I had some weird skin issues, to do with hormonal changes, I suspect. I had been the type to wash my face with body soap, so I had no clue what to do.

But following this sub, and the skincareaddiction sub, I got so much great advice. Over the years, my skin turned around, and I’m really happy with it now!

Basically, I just use Cosrx facial products (centella toner, birch sap, moisturiser, aloe soothing sun cream)

I alternate between azelaic acid and differin (not asian beauty, but it helped!) at night, and use Laneige water mask after. That’s it!

Moisturising with the right facial products (all recommended here) and using sunscreen whenever I left the house turned out to be key to repairing my skin. So thanks all of you!

(I used another account to post instead of the usual one I use to follow r/asianbeauty, for privacy reasons!)
