I’ve just changed my toner from Originote toner to this 77 heartleaf soothing toner, and I’ve suddenly developed these small red bumps on my face that kinda hurt a bit. And when i smell the toner from the bottle, it’s kinda smells like rice water, but when i put it on my hand it feels kind of hot and smells like chemicals ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ is it fake?

I am not sure but the bottle looks exactly same as mine which I bought from Oliveyoung in Korea.
I keep seeing people circumventing the ban by leaving out the brand name and posting random shit about the toner lol
I bought mine in Hong Kong at a big name retailer and the entire bottle is matt, not just a sticker (also came with the shiny seal). It also doesn’t smell like anything to me… Not sure if the packaging is different depending locations though so I wouldn’t discount it. All skin reacts differently to products 🙂
