ive been waiting to try this duo ever since i saw it as an overpour on hhc and i'm very happy with the end result! i didnt manage to grab any of the star glitters in kisa-chan (booo) but it was the perfect glassy, juicy topper so i'm not mad about it. year of the tiger is soo forgiving- i bumped my nails multiple times but you can't tell because all the flakies disguise it!
