What's Up Beauty is a small business based in Chandler, AZ, that started out selling nail art and have since expanded into makeup (made in Italy) and (Japanese-made) makeup brushes.
They sell a number of indie brands of nail polish, including Cadillacquer, Emily De Molly, Dam Nail Polish, Hit the Bottle, and their own brand of nail polish, stamping polish, and stamping plates.
Shipping is based on what you order and where it's going. For example, nail polishes have to be sent by ground or certain carriers, so it can be more expensive. If you're just ordering nail wraps, they can send those in an envelope for much less. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
