It’s from Sally Beauty. The cap says “to open push down and turn” but i’ve been doing that as well as squeezing the edges of the cap. I actually got it open the first time and then put the cap back on and now it won’t come back off. Yes I am an adult.

I have the same bottle and struggle with it too. You have to press down and turn counterclockwise at the same time.
