Hey guys I was wondering if my skin is dehydrated oily or just combo/oily. The first picture is right after cleanser, no product. Second picture is after using skin products. Third picture is 2 hours late after skin products. If so, what asian skin products do you guys recommend? another concern is my pores and close comedones, i tried salicylic acid in my routine like my some by mi toner but i feel like its the same. Should I try using glycolic or like azelaid acid? And what products? Thanks

If you want to know your skin type then the best time to check is either right after waking up or just wash your face with normal water after you wakeup and then wait for 15 mins to check your skin type
I’m not a dermatologist but I’ve watched a lot of Liah Y + Tina T Harris hahaha so I think I can comment..
How long have you used Salicylic acid for? Did you use it with products with hyaluronic acid / niacinamide?
I personally think the Salicylic acid in some by mi is too little for my oily T zone hahaha so I switched to c0rsx daily cleanser (the one with the red rectangle on the packaging)
If you use SA without the HA or Nia, your skin will tend to feel dry or tight because there’s nothing to help your skin lock in the moisture.
Seems like you’re quite keen to unclog your pores as you mentioned glycolic and azelaic but I’d caution as diff skincare products have diff amounts of that chemical. Also, glycolic can be quite harsh if you don’t use HA.
Also, how old are you? Your age matters due to hormone changes and then I can rec other skincare products that was helpful for myself when I started my skincare journey..
No idea what your skin type is but I just wanted to say that your skin looks pretty much as perfect as humanly possible. I don’t see any pores or closed comodones. Don’t let social media and filters to fool you into thinking that your skin needs fixing, I doubt it can get any better than that. Just focus on hydration and occasional gentle exfoliation and your skin will stay great. No need to overdo it or change what’s currently working for you, you’d just lose money and risk damaging your skin.
