I’m not ready to let go of fall just yet. It feels like this season gets shorter and shorter each year. I get that some of us are excited for the Christmas manis (I’m actively planning what I’m gonna do) but I need to enjoy some crunchy leaves before surrendering to being frozen for 3 months.

Also, we can all just ignore that I misaligned my stamper and missed the tip of my thumbnail, right?

  1. I totally agree with you! I love autumn too much to rush into Christmas. (Although I do love winter, too, but it can wait until it’s proper time.) Love the mani, it looks great and I didn’t even notice the misalignment until you pointed it out!

  2. Jokes on you, the industry would happily convince you your nails are already christmas colors, but you need to match, so throw out all your current décor and start over, OR ELSE!

(I’m looking at *you* beautiful pastel pink/champaign decorations that are so beautiful and DO not match my red/green/gold/black theme. *shakes fist* )

  3. Saaaame. As a fair neutral olive, reds and I have a hate-love-hate relationship, especially as it seems brands like Mooncat and ILNP are allergic to cool toned reds. I tend to ride the green side of the holiday.

  4. I did a Shire-adjacent mani around this time last year and it was great for Thanksgiving into Christmas into New Years

I’m with you. Love autumn, but winter not so much. Let’s hold onto autumn as long as possible.

Love your nails and didn’t notice any misalignment.
