it does look very cool… 😆 That could just be how freaking gorgeous this polish is.
I’m LOVING these flakies!! The color scheme really lives up to the name, it really is a gorgeous sunset sky. 10/10 concept->execution!
I’m not as used to leaving some transparency even with a jelly base, I usually pile on polish until it’s opaque, or use a creme under. but I like the “paler tips” look here, I think it enhances the sky feel! An automatic gradient.
2 coats would be enough, but I left too much empty space next to a couple of my sidewalls, so after top coat I ended up going back and adding a third coat + top coat again. One coat would work as a topper too!

- nail aid keratin
- Glitch lacquer- Sunset Sky Lane – 3 coats.

Pics are fancy bottle shot, main color “head on” view, angle view to show the shifty shift of the flakies.
Bonus close up of one absolute monster of a flake hiding in the back of my bottle! 😆 I’m delighted. I have named it Moby Flake and I WILL post a pic of it on my nail someday!!!!
Even with mega flakes this polish applies really well! I did not have random flake corners sticking up or poking out at the free edge or any of that. 🥰

This is why I am not a fan of the flakie formulas. Too much tip shrinkage.
