Il Makiage was the ones asking influencers to fake a setting spray review?

Around a year ago, Robert Welsh posted about a brand telling influencers to fake how good a product was. He just posted a video a few hours ago where he watches an ad of Il Makiage’s blurring primer, calls them out for deceptive marketing, and put up a screenshot of the thumb of the video where he talks about the brand asking influencers for the fake review. He never outright says it’s them, but it is heavily implied.
