Please excuse the messy edges, this is pre cleanup. I tried the 5D Print Factory magnet in an attempt to get a glass bead look and ended up with…this? I don’t hate it but it’s not what I was going for. Any idea how this happened? I’ve done successful glass bead looks in the past with a LEGO build so I’m not inexperienced with it.

This is what happened to me when I used the same magnet from the same company. By any chance does your top coat contain toulene? I think that is what my problem was so when I repaint my nails in going to try a different top coat without toulene to see if it renders the same outcome or provides the desired glass bead effect.
Which height did you use? Did you keep a consistent speed? I have found the middle height and a steady, slower rotation produce the best results.
I would never stop looking at my nails if they looked like this. I wouldn’t get anything done.
