Hi there! I’m new to this page and was hoping to get some ideas on how to price press-on nails I’m making and selling.
Context: Originally I was planning to do a nail qualification and I have been practicing for about a year now (when I’m free and don’t get overwhelmed by life). However, I can’t afford a nail qualification and don’t feel comfortable doing people’s nails/ making a business without insurance and a business plan etc… so I’ve decided that I would design and paint intricate press on nails to sell to friends, family, friends of friends/ family to see if this goes anywhere.
I have been asked by one of my coworkers to design some press ons for his girlfriend for Christmas and I don’t have a clue how much to charge. I do alot of detail in my designs and this ends with up taking me a while to get them painted up to the standard I’d be happy with receiving. I’ll insert a picture of the design and if anyone is curious to see the ones that I’ve already finished/ other designs that are yet to be painted please let me know 🙂
Any constructive criticism is so welcome and any thoughts on the design and how much to charge them as would be greatly appreciated 🫶
