please ignore my dry skin and bare nails as I was experimenting, but here's the difference of a 30lb magnet (index) and 10lb magnet (middle). the 10lb magnet resulted in a much more contrasted look with a more apparent glass bead, which I love ! also, the 10lb magnet finger wasn't as contrasty once it dispersed a bit but it still maintained it. the 30lb is a lot more subtle and I really love that too, but once it disperses it's not as nice. so I guess it depends on what you want, but I thought this experiment was fun and figured I'd share!

Off topic but how do you find the Sally Hansen top coat?? I just ordered my first magnetics and now I’m on the hunt for a good QDTC that won’t dull the polish 🤔
Thank you for sharing! It has confirmed a theory I’ve had about a smaller horseshoe magnet creating a smaller bead but I didn’t have one to confirm.
