What exactly is the effect that causes the glass bead effect? I know the spinning happens so that the particles concentrate into a ball at the center of whatever is rotating, but im not sure about the magnetic orientation.
The reason i ask is because i 3d printed this and the description mentions to alternate the magnets from row to row within the circular indents, but thats pretty nondescript.
