Polishes in photos are: Orly Steal the Spotlight, Orly What's the Password, Orly Bling
Quick questions-do some Orly polishes have thin brushes like in the photo? I also got Orly Shine, but it has a wide brush, and comments on here were mentioning the brand having wide brushes. Between the bottles not being completely filled and none of them having any plastic wrap on the lid like the Breathable bottles did, I'm a little concerned about them being fake… but maybe they're just old?
(After being gifted a few bottles of Sally Hansen to try, these are my first ever polish purchases! After a lot of research from this sub, and malepolish, I got the above-plus Lucky Penny, Love at Frost Sight, and the bonder-and the seller included a free bottle of Bold Green Creme Color Blast!)

Some older bottles have the skinnier brush!
Hi OP! I just checked my mom’s polish collection (she has some OLD bottles) and her oldest Orly bottles do have skinny brushes like the one you showed. I can’t confirm if you got knock offs or not, but I can confirm Orly used to have brushes like that, hope that helps some!
