Today I received my packages from Yesstyle. As I had to pay 21% VAT, I was hopeful to get that amount refunded. However, in post office, they told me that customs didn’t provide them with any additional document and that they can only give me the receipt on their end, which I have attached above. It’s in local language and for the custom fees they used a nonsensical code ‘ckb’ which I highly doubt Yesstyle will accept as a proof of anything.
Was anyone in a similar situation?
What information do they need to issue the refund?And if anyone has a photo of how this receipt actually looks like, I would greatly appreciate it!
