Sassy Sauce – Kisses To My X’s is an elevated cool neutral

This one was on my radar from the moment I first perused the Sassy Sauce catalogue, but it’s very controversial in this sub from what I’ve seen because it has a really strange base color that can look griege, greenish and murky on warmer undertones. I thought it might match my undertone fairly well so I threw it in my cart when I ordered and I was not disappointed!

This polish is made for cool undertones, especially cool fair olive undertones. The griege base blends right into my skin and makes me less gray looking, so I like that about this one a lot. It’s giving not quite mannequin hands, but plastic Barbie hands in a fun and demure way.

I used the glass bead method to magnetize, but the magnetic effect is incredibly subtle and didn’t give me that super 3D pop I love in a magnetic. It’s okay though because I really like this one! It’s a good palate cleanser polish after my last mani, which was Spaceoddity by Mooncat. I really didn’t like the way that one looked on me so I didn’t even post it lol. It’s gorgeous but not my style.
