Late Halloween post (y’all move on from October so fast lol)

I can't believe we are a week into November and I didn't even post my Halloween mani.

Tyler's Trinkets was the hero here! Ghost's Need Candy Too is the perfect polish for Halloween night.

However, I suffered a bad nail break last a couple weeks ago and though my repair is holding up, Ghost's Need Candy Too's delicious sheerness would have shown all my patching crimes. So I went for a more opaque base and some nail art (using my non-dominant hand, what could go wrong).

I'm not sure these shimmery Sally Hansen polishes were really meant to sponge gradient, so I painted on the stripes and then did a second layer of sponging once it dried. I drew in the ghosts in white, gave them their eyes, and then decided I needed Ghost's Need Candy Too over them as well. A glitter crelly like this was not really meant for detail work, but I was determined to get my glowing ghosts.
