Hey 🙂 I have long natural nails and love painting them, but I want to avoid gel. I recently got chrome powder and really want to achieve that glassy, mirror-like finish (like in the picture), not a glittery one.
I tried using regular black nail polish with a 2 in-1 base and top coat. The chrome stuck nicely and looked close to what I wanted, but as soon as I applied the top coat over the powder, it turned glittery instead of mirror-like.
Is it possible to get that smooth chrome mirror look using only regular nail polish? If so, what specific types of products should I be using?
