    That’s nice you found a good nail tech, because whoever was working on you before wrecked your nails. All of them are severely overfiled and the nub is going to definitely expose you to uncured gel, there would be zero chance of avoiding that product getting on the skin. That’s how acrylate allergies are caused. I would be keeping an eye out for onycholysis on your other nails because they are so thinned out, having extensions on them, especially at the length that you are wearing is going to put a lot of force onto the natural nail.
