Found a new nail tech who actually understood the importance of cuticle work aka Russian manicure. A lot of salons donβt paint close to the top of the nail and the surrounding cuticle, already giving the slightly grown out look even though the manicure is meant to be fresh. If this is important to you, seek out any Eastern European/central Asian/russian nail salons or independent nail techs as typically this is what they have trained in.
She took off my old set, gave me an extension since I broke my natural nail (picture 3 shows my natural nails under the BIAB, except for the middle finger which is plastic-like aka the extension) and did my cuticles. 2 hours and 15 minutes worth of work for Β£45 in London ($59).
