I’ve been on the fence about her for a while now but this one was a really hard watch. There is not a single citation or study referenced in the video or in the description for any of the claims she’s making, there’s no disclaimer about the fact that supplements are wholly unregulated and can be contaminated or not contain what they say they do, and nothing about how these might interact with regulated medications you’re taking.
I did a quick google for most of these and the evidence is all tbd or could show promise but the data is not nearly as definitive as she presents it to be.
Also she recommends getting 300-600mg of ashwaganda a day and then links in the description to a product that only supplies 250mg a day.

Insane to think that we’re telling people to purchase prebiotic supplements on the same day millions are losing access to food stamps and any chance they had of buying whole foods that contain fiber.

Incredibly bad advice from a physician.

I can’t stand her anymore since the plagiarism incident with Lab Muffin Beauty and Mo Skin Lab. Since she launched her own brand, she constantly mentions products prescribed by doctors or products from her own brand because, obviously, there aren’t any other products on the market that work or do what they do. /S
From a doctor whitout blood testing etc, this is really bad advice!
