Hey y’all – got a normal polish manicure yesterday.
My technician and I got along and she was really sweet. After leaving I of course looked longingly at my nails and tbh I feel like I did them. Not sure what to do but I paid $50 with a 20% tip and which feels like a lot for a mediocre manicure and sat there for an hour+?
Things I notice are the layers, there are areas a top coat wasn’t completely applied so I see spots without, the tips of my nails are not done, some flooding, and overall just patchy looking.
I don’t want to get her in trouble but I also am not very satisfied. Could y’all let me know if I’m over reacting?

I was going to say it’s not that bad if you did it yourself, but the fact you paid $50 for that is pretty bad 😬 my acrylic overlay (no tips or extra design) costs $50.
$50 is a lot even for an excellent normal polish manicure.
