What’s the difference between these two Biore (Normal vs Extreme Protection) sunscreens?

I’ve been wanting to try this sunscreen for a while and I’ve seen others claim that the normal version offers the same protection as the extreme protection claims to have. I’ve tried seeing if anyone has made a comparison, but i didn’t find much.
