Who doesn't love some bright ass OOOOOZE at Halloween? This base Soda-Licious is being retired from Plus Life Lacquer and is one of my favorite formulas EVER, so grab some of them before they are gone! On top of it, I used my hands down favorite neon green ever, Kushy by Cirque. It fricken GLOWS. I'm living my Nickelodeon fantasy!
