I bought this last winter , I’m still not sure why but I started getting eczema on my face (first time in my life this had occurred). I was a gel-only moisturizer user because I hated the texture of thicker creams. But when I was faced with my skin cracking, I had to make the switch. I tried multiple different thicker moisturizers, but for some reason all of them left my skin even more irritated, and they would sting/burn when I applied them. Once I switched to this one, I immediately felt the difference. It’s rich but it doesn’t give that heavy/greasy feel I despise in cream moisturizers. It also did not burn or sting, and there’s no fragrance in it, but I do appreciate the faint scent it has? It almost smells like oats I’m not sure how to describe it. It also did not clog my pores or cause me to break out during winter or spring. I had to be careful about not using it every day in the summer because thats when it would break me out, and I switched back to using my gel moisturizer for most days. The only downside is that the original cost is $54 , and the refill is $46. This is personally really pricey for skin care for me. I will most likely repurchase it because it has been wonderful and soothing, but if anyone has any recommendations for something like this but at a more affordable price, I would be more than willing to try it!
