This sub is so helpful. Yesterday I posted my photos of BKL Rujinu which I found underwhelming. I had used glass bead and cateye magnetization methods. User @Picture-Day-Jessica mentioned that BKL recommends the velvet style for this mosaic magnetic.

I tested that out today and oh boy does it make a difference! The polish appears way more dynamic and vibrant. The blue pigment pops. I am still not the biggest fan of reflective glitter but I may actually like this polish enough to keep it now.

  1. Velvet def suits this one! It reminds me of when I tried to glass bead ILNP’s Hypnosis and didn’t really like it at all, then people were commenting pics with it velvet and it looked sooo much better. I want to glass bead everything all of the time but it seems like the sparklier magnetics really do much better with velvet.

Also I feel you on the reflective glitter, I’ve yet to even buy a polish with it bc it scares me ✨
